We handle all aspects of the building related activities. Sailpoint Construction Group & Sailpoint Development Group knows it is the people that make a project and consistent communication is the key to success. Our team conducts weekly site meetings with the Project Team and Subcontractors and provides weekly updates every Monday detailing:
- two week look ahead for site work and Team deliverables
- schedule updates
- critical task scheduling
- permit and inspection scheduling
- financial tracking
- safety statements
- invoicing projections and updates
The weekly updates in combination with a daily field and safety report give our Clients a unique ability to see the project in real time and transfer that information on to their Teams and Partners.
