SCOPE OF WORK

Conversion of a vacant ground floor retail tenant space into a Bakery. We worked with the Client and Design Team from the lease negotiation through the complete fit out. The work included a new commercial kitchen, new HVAC, new electrical service into the building and utilities, FOH pastry cabinets, POS, coffee bar, high and low seating. The project was completed in 8 weeks and was within 3% of our budget prepared prior to construction documents. The space was a ground floor retail space in a new building with residential apartments above. The space was completed while the rest of the building was being constructed.
