SCOPE OF WORK

Conversion of a vacant ground floor retail tenant space into a Bakery. We worked with the Client and Design Team from the lease negotiation through the complete fit out. The work included a new commercial kitchen, exhaust hood from the ground floor up to the 4th floor roof, new electrical service into the building and utilities, FOH pastry cabinets, POS, coffee bar, high and low seating and new storefront, the restoration of the existing tin ceiling, and procurement of an NJCEP Small Business / MWBE grant for the new HVAC system.. We worked with the Design Team and Owner to order the kitchen equipment, hood and HVAC equipment well ahead of the construction documents to maintain the overall project schedule. The project was completed in 8 weeks and was within 6% of our budget that was prepared prior to demolition of the existing space.
