SCOPE OF WORK

Interior fit out for the first Hotworx location in New Jersey. The site was a partially prepared white box delivered by the Building Owner. The work include (2) new toilets, new HVAC equipment and all systems and finishes as well as coordination with Franchise vendors for the installation of (8) infrared saunas. We were also hired directly by the Building Owner to complete the Tenant Improvement items per the lease. The project maintained an 8 week construction schedule from permit to CofO.
