SCOPE OF WORK
The project involved the renovation of the existing coffered lobby ceiling throughout the main entrance lobbies and elevator lobbies. We worked with the Designer to provide samples from 3 different coating manufacturers in multiple finishes. The final application involved scraping and spot priming damaged areas, full application of a high bonding primer, (1) coat of Farrow & Ball primer and (2) finish coats of Farrow & Ball Dead Flat.
