SCOPE OF WORK

New Jersey Location

We worked with the Landlord and Client to subdivide an existing manufacturing facility to create a new tenant space. The new tenant space included the additional of new structural steel and concrete mezzanine within the space, new HVAC equipment, submeters for electric, gas and plumbing; commercial kitchen, new exterior sewer connection, drying rooms, security vaults for sensitive materials, manufacturing/labeling/packaging/shipping rooms and all finishes, equipment and systems to provide a fully functioning manufacturing facility.

Massachusetts Location

The site consisted of existing unoccupied 2 floors each with a square footage of 3700 sqft. The lower floor included a commercial kitchen, drying rooms, security vault, walk in refrigeration, manufacturing/labeling/packaging/shipping rooms and a commercial kitchen and all finishes, equipment and systems to provide a fully functioning manufacturing facility. The upper floor consisted of new office spaces, security vaults, manufacturing/labeling/packaging/shipping rooms and all finishes, equipment and systems to provide a fully functioning manufacturing facility. The locations were the second and third locations for this national cannabis product producer and completed with overlapping schedules and within 23% of the initial budgets that were prepared prior to the issuance of any design development drawings. We worked closely with the client, location municipalities and governing bodies to find efficient solutions to the newly growing market place and compliance guidelines.
