SCOPE OF WORK

The work included a new commercial kitchen, FOH pastry cabinets, POS, coffee bar, high and low seating. The client came to us after breaking ties with their initial contractor who was unable to execute the project. The project was completed in 10 weeks and was within 15% of our initial budget. This project was a first time location for the client and we provided design drawings to help with layout, found and restored a tin ceiling which we highlighted with soffits, and reworked the entire HVAC system to allow for individual controls throughout areas, adapted to multiple design changes to layout and equipment and direct vented equipment to avoid hood requirements.
