SCOPE OF WORK

Conversion of a vacant ground floor retail tenant space into a new Franchise location for Duck Donuts. The work included a new commercial kitchen, exhaust hood from the ground floor up to the 4 th floor roof, new HVAC, new electrical service into the building and utilities, FOH pastry cabinets, POS, coffee bar, high and low seating. We worked with the owner and Corporate Design Team to find over $10k in alternates and substitute savings during the course of the project. The project was completed in 10 weeks and was within 1% of our initial budget.
